Forrestdale offers competitive teams, semi competitive teams, pre competitive teams, as well as learn to cheer classes and tumble classes each week to cater for a number of athletes.

Our tumbling program caters to all ages and
abilities. Whether you are looking to tumble for fun
or increase your tumbling skills for cheerleading we
have a class for you. If you are joining a team we
highly recommend you add a tumble class on the
side to continue to gain new skills. Team practices
will cater to improving the skills the athletes will be
competing, rather than learning new skills.

We have a fantastic all abilities
team called “Cheerability” at our
Booragoon location.

• No uniform required
This is the perfect place to learn the
foundations of cheerleading without
having to attend competitions.
• Ages 3 – 12
• Term Commitment
• 1 Practice per week
• No Competitions
Our prep program is the perfect place to get a feel for the competitive world! Your athlete will spend the year working towards building their first cheerleading routine. They will learn all of the basics to move into our Novice stream.

• 2 In-House Competitions
• Hired Uniform
Our Novice program is a great place to
start out as a competitive cheerleader.
These teams only train once per week.
• Ages 6 – 12

• 1 Compulsory Practice a week
• 4 Competitions
• Low Cost Uniform
These teams have a full commitment to 2-3 practices per week
and 6 competitions per year. Our program also
includes Elite All Girl, Coed, and non tumbling
teams, making it inclusive for everyone!
