What is a Lifestyle Lesson?
Lifestyle lessons is our new community program to give back to you.
Once a Term we will host a session with a guest speaker on a relevant topic. We hope these sessions can not only assist you with cheer training but give athletes and parents resources they can take into everyday life.
These sessions are on a donations basis to go towards covering the cost of our guest speakers.
